Optimize your health and well-being.
Classical Pilates instruction, nervous system decompression, lifestyle coaching.
Why Optimize?
You feel suboptimal. You don’t necessarily have a disease, but things feel off. Energy, sleep, digestion, hormones, skin, mental clarity, motivation, and creativity all feel like they could improve. Optimize offers support inspired by nature and tested by time to improve functioning at a cellular level. I create sessions and coach lifestyle changes that support all your body’s systems, as well as your mind and spirit so you can be the best version of you.
Giving you the tools to help yourself
With a little bit of education, you can learn ways to support your health. Your body wants to heal and knows how to heal. With the right inputs, it can. I teach you simple strategies that are potent and effective. Once applied, you become self empowered to sustain your own health.
