Optimize session

My model of instruction has classical Pilates at the foundation, but also incorporates other modalities to optimize your mind, body, and spirit.  After a decade of teaching Pilates, I believe it is optimized when your nervous system gets to decompress at the end of each session. Lessons are 70-minutes, allowing for thorough Pilates movement, followed by additional possibilities to improve relaxation, repair, and rejuvenation:

Lifestyle Coaching

Lifestyle coaching focuses on eight areas that can be optimized to improve your functioning at a cellular level. I teach quantum health principles, giving you the foundation for utilizing nature to return to health.
