How Optimize Works

Booking

Booking is done via email/text with Sophia. Priority will be given to clients who want to book the same slot every week.  Any spots not booked weekly or any sessions that become available will be offered to clients wishing for less frequency via email.  I think the best results are achieved with a consistent practice so this policy supports that.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations made with less notification will be charged the full price of the lesson and Sophia will provide a customized 30-60 minute video instead that either covers coaching strategies or provides a mat workout.

Tech Free

Clients will disconnect from technology in the studio.  Phones will be placed outside the room in airplane mode.  No devices will be on the body.  We can discuss the quantum effects of this in coaching sessions.  And for optimal nervous system decompression, you need to be able to take breaks from your devices.

FAQs

Where are you located?

In the Central Park neighborhood of Denver, one block away from Central Park.

Where in your home is your studio?

The main Optimize studio is located in the front room of the house, with four large windows, a reformer/tower combo, a chair, and a small barrel. Clients waiting for their lesson are welcome to do so on the front porch or the adjacent dining room. Eventually, a studio in the basement will contain a Cadillac and High Barrel.

When are you open?

Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30am - 3:30pm. Some Lifestyle Coaching sessions may be scheduled outside that window.

How can I learn more from you?

The best way to learn from me is via regular articles on my blog or monthly newsletters. Optimize is not on social media.
